MSYD-ASRA Call Center continues to assist the voices on the other side of the telephone and support them in every area they need. MSYD-ASRA Call Center not only provides information, but also creates environments where benefactors can deliver their donations.
A benefactor reaching our Call Center stated that he will prepare a food package (meat) and wants to distribute it to those in need. As a result of the quick contact enhanced by the call center, the call center employees made the necessary adjustments in the date and time frame required by the benefactor. In line with the needs previously identified in the field, the families in need of the mentioned help were determined by our field teams. The appointments were given by the call center on the day and hours given by the benefactor to the designated families, and on October 19, the food packages have been reachdt to the families in need.
For the families, who could not reach our community centers, MSYD-ASRA field teams have delivered their food packages to their homes on the given day and hours.
