MSYD-ASRA has realized training on Code of Conduct and Complaints Mechanism to Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and its implementing partners, the Kızıltepe Leader Women’s Association and Association of Her Yerde Sanat within the development and strengthening of organizational and technical capacities of local associations. In context of the training, Code of Conduct which are the basic policies that should be possessed institutionally have been examined in detail, exemplified and contributed to the improvement of the institutional policy. In addition, detailed information on the importance, procedures and reporting of the complaints mechanism was shared.
Professional approach which should have possessed by organization working with high vulnerability groups and the importance of complaints mechanism was emphasized in order to ensure the best interest of the beneficiary. In this context, the institutional policies and practices that need to be developed for a dynamic institutional structure which are crucial for the all-type of actors working in the humanitarian field were discussed during the training.
